At Bamzi, we want kids to love their toys and have fun learning! But we also know that sometimes things don’t work out, and that’s okay—we’re here to help.

Need to Return Something? No Problem!

✅ You have 14 days from the delivery date to return an item.
✅ The product should be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
✅ A proof of purchase (like your order confirmation) is required.

How to Start a Return

1️⃣ Email us at support@bamzi.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2️⃣ We’ll send you a prepaid return label—easy peasy!
3️⃣ Securely package the item and drop it off at your nearest shipping center.
4️⃣ Once we receive it, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

What If My Toy is Broken?

Uh-oh! That’s not supposed to happen. If your toy arrives damaged or isn’t working as expected, reach out to us at support@bamzi.com—we’ll do our best to make it right!
